Not only does slowing down and really noticing the taste, texture, sight, and smell of your food awaken your senses, but it forces you to eat mindfully so that you don’t overeat. Eating slower and more mindfully and sensually can help with digestion and help you make healthier food choices.
My favorite foods to sensually eat are fruit, but you can do it with anything you love.
Just slow down and use all your senses. Look at the food. Smell the food. Touch the food with your lips and tongue to feel the texture. Then slowly taste.
You can even put on some sexy music and make one bite last an entire song.
